Story & The Team Behind Jamiitown
Jamiitown was founded by Armando Ernesto Passuello, a Swiss architect who fell in love with Kenya’s beauty — and saw its urgent need for quality, affordable housing. Inspired by the contrast between European construction and local shortages, Armando set out to blend world-class design with deep community impact.
What started as a vision is now a growing reality — powered by a passionate, multi-talented team.

Jamiitown Development
We design and build high-quality, affordable homes in secure gated communities. Our mission is to make modern, well-designed living accessible to all — and our two flagship projects in Kilifi bring that vision to life.
Jamiitown Origin
Our first estate, located in Mtondia just 5 km from Kilifi town, features 74 homes — all sold out. Origin introduced our signature style: concrete-framed houses with Swiss-inspired design, local materials, and practical layouts. Now available as fully furnished rentals, the estate includes amenities like a pool, gym, shop, park, and concierge, fostering a relaxed, community-based lifestyle.
Jamiitown Oceanpark
Our second and ongoing project sits just 400 meters from the stunning Bofa Beach. Oceanpark will host 100 units, including 2 to 4-bedroom homes with rooftop gardens and private courtyards. It’s designed for both buyers and vacationers, with expanded amenities like a sports bar, hotel, parks, and football field. Oceanpark combines lifestyle and investment — offering off-plan purchase options and high-end vacation rentals in a prime coastal location.
PROPERTY & GUEST MANAGEMENT
Jamiitown Homes
Our hospitality and estate management arm offers fully furnished homes for short-term and long-term rentals within Jamiitown communities. We serve travelers, families, and remote workers with hotel-like comfort — including concierge service, cleaning, and maintenance.
For homeowners, we also provide professional property management, ensuring each unit and the entire estate remains well-maintained, secure, and fully serviced. From landscaping and repairs to utility coordination and amenity upkeep, our team makes owning a home in Jamiitown completely hassle-free.

Enotech Construction
Enotech is Jamiitown’s dedicated in-house construction company, created to ensure every home we build meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and design. By having our own construction arm, we maintain full control over the entire building process — from planning and materials to execution and finishing.
We emphasize durability, cost-efficiency, and architectural integrity, using a blend of Swiss engineering principles and local expertise. Our teams work with locally sourced materials and labor, supporting the Kilifi economy while reducing environmental impact.
